Poor Mr Jordan

I, like all the followers, are enjoying immensely getting my daily fix of your blogs, both the deep and thought provoking ones as well as the friendly banter between members of the group.

I also can’t help but feel a little envious of Ben and Shane, that they are re-experiencing the wonders of India through the “new eyes and ears (and noses)” of the 22 boys and Rachel.  As Hamish says, the abnormal becomes normal and we all need reminding of the things that made our first experience of India so vivid.

Graeme and I agree that we think Shane is getting a particularly hard time, starting with the teasing back in Singapore that he was looking for McDonalds in Chinatown. That is really unfair as in Ireland that is probably where you would find McDonalds.

So keep sending us the blogs, take lots of photos, talk to people, try new things (but make sure it is cooked, peeled, meatless and you have used the hand sanitizer!!), and savour every moment in this wonderful country.
