Although there have been in fact no calls from the ladies, I believe some light hearted blogging is always just a tad fun. And we have in fact been ballin'. More specifically Jakey and I have been dubbed (self proclaimed) 'top ballers in India 2013-14'. After a successful trip to the markets we were rivaled only by the ridiculous shoe purchases of both the Georges.
However after an hour of haggling with different shop keepers we proved our class, collectively walking away with two genuine Rolex watches, two swagger canes and of course a gentleman's chess board. After a long day of shopping the acknowledgement of our class by the locals was epitomized with our reception from the restaurant staff when we entered their fine establishment. Jake and I, along with two peasants (Paddy and Reubs) of our choice, were asked to sit in a private section of the eatery with elegant chairs and a secluded, refined ambiance to enjoy our game of kings (chess). Not to sound arrogant but we seem to be the shoppers that everybody quietly admires.
