Just a quick update on our little rickshaw adventure last night . . . on returning from our early evening escapade, Hamish, Callum and I were unaware of the madness that was to ensue. Our rickshaw driver had so far proven to be the slowest, most talkative of the lot, but when we were pulled over by the police for some reason (our stereo was too loud apparently), he displayed quick thinking and nerve we would never have believed possible. He started to pull over next to the officer, then hit the gas and sped across the oncoming traffic on the other side off the road and up a collection of small alleyways until he was confident of having lost our tail.
It was just like in the movies, only far more exciting.
