Orange gifts now take on a new meaning

Merry Christmas travellers. As we awake on December 25 you will hopefully be sleeping on the train. As I click on my Ipad in the morning, replicating what the many other blog followers do, I will be thinking of the boys reading their family's Christmas messages. Being a fourth time mother following this intrepid journey, one still misses their son on this very special family day of the year. All of us mothers (and fathers of course) know that this is an invaluable life experience for you all.

I am super excited about my orange gift - a HUGE THANKYOU boys for helping Mr Skeen with that one. It will be a particularly treasured orange present. Must say I am a little disappointed that a little jewellery won't be found inside the pillow slips. Ben will no doubt tell me that means he will need to return to India one more time, just to make that purchase.

Thanks to you all for sharing your thoughts, feelings, questions and views of India. Safe travels overnight. Hope the train is on time! And a very Merry Christmas to each and everyone of you. I do look forward to hearing from my boy tomorrow too.

Mummy Skeen (Dee)
