I was in a taxi with some of the Indian boys from jungle crows when We were stopped at a red light. All of a sudden a lady went up to the door and started talking in Hindi. From the use of her hand symbols she was a prostitute and was asking for 10 rupees. I was pretty scared and just sat there silently. The Indian boys and the cab driver then began laughing at her. This just showed me how little women are respected in India and therefore I found the whole event very shocking. Yes I think that sexual discrimination is wrong and it shouldn't be happening in India, but I also think that the problem may just too big to be fixed.
