Lies
There have been rumours that a certain member of this tour has purchased a set of clothing raising questions about his manliness, or lack thereof. I would like to put these false rumours to rest.
After buying a top and pair of Ali Baba pants, both of which I was assured were made of genuine Indian silk, for a price 5 times what our Indian friends in the Jungle Crows estimated to be their worth, I set about getting my money's worth out of this purchase.
The top and pants, both very flattering shades of purple and red respectively, drew the eye of many a bystander during our adventures around Kolkata yesterday afternoon, proving that they were in fact very attractive. The straw hat I bought later in the afternoon only further added to my wonderful outfit. In fact, this get up was so impressive that two children at Kolkata zoo were seen to be ignoring the ostrich two meters away from them in an enclosure and gazing in awe at a curious exhibit from New Zealand.
Since when were there no Kiwis in Kolkata Zoo?
So, contrary to Mr Skeen's one-sided opinion on my choice of attire (so clearly superior to his own cheese-cutters), this certain tour member has not lost any dignity on the fashion front. Indeed, I hear it from a reliable source that Ali Baba's are now all the rage within the tour group.
But that was so yesterday.
Peace out, Kokata.
Yours sincerely;
